1. Eligibility for Return
You may return a product if:
- It is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- It is unused, in original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, or documents.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used or damaged items due to customer handling.
- Items without original packaging or accessories.
- Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless damaged or faulty).

4. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
- If the order was Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund to your bank account or via other agreed methods.
6. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange a product for a different size, model, or color:
- Please follow the return procedure first.
- Once approved, we’ll dispatch the replacement after receiving the original item.
